MICHAEL HOFER-LENZ

Born and raised near Graz,

HE FIRST VISITED THE HBLA FOR FASHION IN GRAZ AND

THEN COMPLETED A LADIES 'AND

MEN'S TAILOR IN SALZBURG, THEN IT STARTED FOR THAT

SALZBURG STATE THEATER TO WORK.  

DURING THIS TIME HE DESIGNED HIS FIRST COSTUME PICTURES FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCTIONS OF THE FREE SCENE.

 

In 2018 he worked as a tailor and costume assistant for the GÄRTNERPLATZ THEATER AND THEATERAKADEMIE AUGUST EVERDING IN MUNICH AND FOR THE SALZBURG FESTIVAL, ALSO IN 2018 HE BEGAN WITH THE STUDIES FOR THE STUDIES, FILMARS AND KOSTALS IN THE MOST.

AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MOZARTEUM IN 2019 HE WORKED ON THE PRODUCTION "DON QUIXOTTE" WITH ALSO DESIGNED THE COSTUMES FOR "OWEN WINGRAVE" DIRECTED BY ALEXANDER VON PFEIL, AND THE STAGE DESIGN FOR "THE MAGIC FLUTE", DIRECTED BY KARES IM MAY 2021 PREMIERE CELEBRATED.

IN ADDITION TO STUDIES, HE DESIGNED COSTUME AND STAGE PICTURES FOR THE PERFORMANCES “TINDER - THE MUSICAL” AND “NO TO MONEY” AT THE KAMMERTTHEATER IN KARLSRUHE.


THE STAGE DESIGN FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF “THE WAVE”, OF THE SALZBURG YOUTH CLUB AT THE SALZBURGER LANDESTHEATER, AS WELL AS THE STAGE DESIGN FOR JECKYLL & HYDE, WHICH WILL BE MERCY PERFORMED IN THE TENT PALACE.

IN COOPERATION WITH GORDON SAFARI AND KONSTANTIN PAUL, HE DESIGNED THE STAGE AND COSTUME PICTURES FOR THE “COFFEE KANTATE”, A PRODUCTION BY BACHWERKVOKAL, AND FOR THE CO-PRODUCTION OF THE KAMMEROPER AND BACHWERKVOKAL THE “SCHWERKVOKAL”.
